Having had to navigate through hormone issues myself, I bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding to my practice, ensuring that each client receives compassionate and tailored support.
I have a personal passion for helping support clients with the menopause and hormone related health conditions.

Menopause
The menopause can be a challenging time. I help support clients with symptoms such as low energy, weight gain, poor gut health and ways to manage health conditions related to the menopause, such as higher blood pressure, osteoporosis and heart health. With my support, clients can navigate the menopause with greater ease and confidence.

Weight Management
I have over a decade of experience supporting clients in losing weight. I focus on developing a healthier relationship with food. My strategies include mindful eating practices, and techniques to manage emotional eating. By addressing the underlying triggers of emotional eating and promoting balanced, satisfying meals, I help clients achieve their weight loss goals in a way that fosters long-term success and well-being. My goal is to empower clients to make lasting changes that enhance both their physical health and their overall quality of life.
I also offer guidance for those preparing for weight loss or orthopaedic surgery.

HEART HEALTH
Diet is essential for preventing and managing heart disease. I can evaluate your current diet to determine its impact on heart health, educate you on the relationship between nutrition and cardiovascular well-being, and identify areas for dietary improvement.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
I can provide dietary and lifestyle advice tailored to you to help improve fertility and reduce PCOS symptoms.

hEALTHY EATING FOR AGEING WELL
Healthy eating is important for longevity and quality of life. I can support you with nutrition and lifestyle advice to help you feel great. I also have a particular interest in promoting muscle health to reduce the risk of falls.
BONE HEALTH & OSTEOPOROSIS
I support clients with bone-friendly diet and lifestyle advice, which is important to strengthen bones and minimise age-related bone loss.

Once you have secured your appointment, you will be redirected to complete a questionnaire and food diary prior to your appointment. This information allows me to prepare for the consultation and identify any diet-related concerns, so I can assist you more effectively.
The first consultation will include an assessment of nutritional concerns or health issues and tailored dietary and lifestyle advice. If necessary, I will also update your GP and request blood tests.
30 Minutes (£40)
Follow up appointments will involve a review of your symptoms, health and the dietary and lifestyle plan that we have previously discussed.
