Food Diary

Keeping a food diary is a really great way to practice mindful eating. It is also any incredibly useful resource for me to review at each appointment.

There are many ways to keep a food diary. I have provided a couple of options below. If these don’t work for you, you can always just scribble on a piece of paper! Ultimately, do whatever works best for you.
